Unraveling relationships
I listened to this book during a rough patch, a time right after another argument that felt way too familiar. This book was right on target—it's like the author got exactly how my childhood screw-ups continue to seep into all the relationships that I create. I appreciated how the book discusses why someone would be clingy or shut down, with little exercises that really did make me think. It could have used a few more examples from real life to link everything together, though. If you’ve had a lot of relationship déjà vu and want to try and figure out patterns, this book can help.
