Este libro da valor al dinero!
El autor aclara bien el ayuno intermitente para la pérdida de peso. Estoy siguiendo este libro audible! Me da un mejor resultado. Un audiolibro encantador.
Hermoso audiolibro. Bueno, estoy trabajando para mí y lo he intentado todo. Me siento en un escritorio todo el día y también tengo una enfermedad tiroidea autoinmune, así que me sorprende que realmente funcione para mí. Es una forma sensata de tratar mis problemas de alimentación, también. Me esfuerzo por combinarlo con estar un poco más atento al manejo de mi alimentación emocional y su correcto funcionamiento.

Me encantaba este audiolibro.
Me encantó este audiolibro. Muy fácil de seguir y entender. El plan de dieta en este libro también es impresionante! ¡Este es un gran audiolibro! Eso es para un entrenador. Simplemente conoce los ayunos irregulares, y los "días de trampa" confunden tu cuerpo, y detienen los niveles.
