I am very impresses this audiobook
I like the book. It's well done but after a week or two of following ayurvedic eating. This book is a great intro to Ayurveda. I highly recommend this audible book to everybody! That Ayurveda Healing for Beginners book has a lot of good recipes, tips, and facts to follow.
