Great book!
I hardly ever listen to music in the car and more often times listen to Earl Nightingale, John Maxwell, Les Brown or one of the many amazing authors every single day while in my "power hour."
I recently spoke at a Womans Leadership Conference and had the pleasure of meeting Hernani Alves, a local author and businessman.
I just finished his amazing book on leadership. It's relatable and heartfelt. I enjoyed every chapter! Right up there with John Maxwell! (He even references Maxwell in his book.)
Highly recommend whether you lead an independent team, or are in corporate managment! Available on audible as well! Worth it! Go get it! Oh, and a portion of book sales is donated to programs for kids in foster care!
