Great Information!
This book is full of natural remedies that can help ease a multitude of ailments. From common colds to healthy digestion and kidney function everything in here and is super useful. This is a great book to have in your collection. It was well read and put together to make it easy for the reader/listener to following along. I highly recommend if you are into natural remedies an healing.

Great information in this book
I was given this book for free and I am so glad that I was because natural remedies can be a powerful tool for improving your health. I haven’t been feeling great for the last several days. I haven’t been sick enough to go to the doctor, but I’ve had some chest congestion that has been making me cough. It’s been keeping me up at night and making me feel miserable. Yesterday I decided to try out the “flu bomb” from this book and it helped with my chest congestion enough so that I was able to get some good sleep. I am allergic to eucalyptus so I used oregano oil instead. I woke up this morning feeling much better.

Comprehensive & Thorough Guide!
With all the opportunities available on the internet or in books, finding what is "authentic" and what is "trending" is hard to determine in a sea of information. This audiobook is AMAZING when it comes to finding natural remedies. The book has so many different herbs, plants, and remedies for every type of ailment. I appreciated how easy to follow the book was and how versatile it was. The book's chapters also had a great flow in the way the book was organized. This book is great to have in addition to regular doctor's visits and medical advice. It's good to discuss with your doctor to balance out having to use prescriptions and balancing with a more holistic approach. I have been following a more holistic lifestyle and I found that many of these herbs I knew, but I was pleasantly surprised about some new plants. Really great read!

Enlightening, transformed my daily health!
I've been interested in natural remedies as I'm not a fan of over-medicating, this book piqued my interest. It balances great holistic health advice with herbal remedy recommendations. I was intrigued learning about alphogens and creating your own herbal remedies. Peppermint for anxiousness and ginger for nausea are simple natural herbal remedies the book recommended that helped me, especially the ginger on an airplane. Im going to be trying chamomile tea for sleep too.
It's amazing how different herbal remedies can make such an impact kn the body!
