When embarking on a new venture, I work best with a simple, clear framework as a guide. This text and videos provide just that. It works for me
I tried a lot of things for stress and anxiety. Like breathing exercises, meditation, even cold showers. Some things helped a little and nothing really stuck. Now I feel a difference.
I like how simple and quick these exercises are. No need to carve out an hour of my day. Just a few minutes and I can feel my body relax. I started doing them in the morning before work. Now Im not carrying tension with me all day. Even my sleep has improved. If you are struggling with stress this is worth trying.
