Publisher's summary

Whoever said that nothing ever happens in a small town clearly never visited Dearmont, Maine. It's getting hotter than hell around here. When the dead start crawling out of their graves, you know something's up.

If there's one thing I hate more than zombies, it's having my memories erased by magic. That's a real bummer, right? So when I get a chance to break the spell that's locked away part of my mind, I take it, even if it means dabbling with ancient Egyptian sorcery.

Big mistake.

Sometimes you shouldn't go poking at things that are buried.

Because you end up having to deal with an army of the dead.

Shorty, but a goody

I love concept and story. The narrator carries book very well. My only gripe is the books are so short. Like just when its getting good it drops.

What a life!

I feel for Alex, coming from a loving home with his mother, only to be claimed by his father on his mother's death when he was10 years old, then to be placed in a boarding school to learn how to kill Preternatural beings. His relationship with his father was cold. Now he has lost his memories after a job in Paris, so he ends up assigned to a small town in New England. His assistant, Felicity, was assigned to report back to his father on his activities but transferred allegiance to him. They handle Preternatural creatures, many more than expected. Everything starts coming to a head when all he wants is some sleep! A good listen!

The fun continues!

This is a great follow up to the first book. Secrets are revealed that have been locked away in Alec's mind. Relationships with the town people and personal are built. The experiences in the book add more depth to Alec. If you follow my reviews, you know that I like action and this book delivers.

Great story that keeps moving

If you like the Dresden Files, this is a great book to go with it. It's a little short, but keeps your attention the whole time. Loved it.

Good series, I want more

Both the story and the Narrator tend to grow on me, the more I listen. I am hooked and want more, so hopefully there will be many more books added to this series.

Great Series

really am enjoying this series. fairly new to this genre of book but like the blend of fantasy and reality. Alec Harbinger is just now becoming defined as to which he is. this is a great second chapter and look forward to the other books in the series.

Greg Tremblay is awesome as always with his performance. he is a a reliably gifted performer and I find all his audible books great listens. :-)

Very Good Series

The narrator makes these characters come alive. The story resolves one issue but sort of leaves some subjects leading to the next audiobook. I recommend this audiobook.

More fun, action, and zombies now!

Buried Memory
Harbinger P.I., Book 2
By: Adam J. Wright
Narrated by: Greg Tremblay
This continues the series right about where book one takes off. There is still someone after our guy, he is making friends with the neighbors, zombies are popping up, lol, he still has his 'team', and it is a load of fun! Enjoying this series!
The narrator is good, keeps things rolling along at a fun pace!

Oh yeah!!!!!

If you could sum up Buried Memory in three words, what would they be?

I just got this second book in the series & I'm loving more than the first, which I didn't think could happen. I'm so excited I am about to buy the rest in the series!!! Please write faster!!!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Buried Memory?

The trip to London... at least so far.

What does Greg Tremblay bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He makes the character's pop.

Any additional comments?

Fall in love with this new series with me!
