The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Story
Just before Christmas in 1843, a debt-ridden and dispirited Charles Dickens wrote a small book he hoped would keep his creditors at bay. His publisher turned it down, so Dickens used what little money he had to put out A Christmas Carol himself. He worried it might be the end of his career as a novelist. The book immediately caused a sensation. And it breathed new life into a holiday that had fallen into disfavor, undermined by lingering Puritanism and the cold modernity of the Industrial Revolution.

Wow- Made me Think
Listening to this audiobook was like WOW- Could that have happened? Its like trying to figure out a mystery movie. It offers a fair examination of 27 fascinating theories, uncovering historical events and lesser-known facts that challenge assumptions and spark curiosity. I found it thought-provoking and fun, leaving me eager to learn more. I loved every minute of it! Some of the conspiracy theories I thought I knew (turns out, I didn’t) and then there were others that completely blew my mind. The way each theory is broken down makes it super easy to follow. It’s like having a friend who’s really into mysteries, but instead of sounding crazy, they actually make sense! If you’ve got a curious mind—or just love a good “what if” moment—you’ll enjoy this as much as I did. It’s fun, thought-provoking, and just the right amount of “huh, could that be true?” I really loved how it was written and I think it makes for some fun conversations with my family to get them thinking.

A Fun Deep Dive into the Unknown
I grabbed this book because I’ve always been curious about the “hidden truths” people talk about. What surprised me was how balanced and straightforward it was. It didn’t feel like I was being pushed toward any specific belief, which I really appreciated. The book dives into some well-known mysteries but also brings up more obscure ones that left me wanting to do more research on my own.
for me what stood out most was how it tackled the psychology behind why people believe certain things, which added an extra layer of depth. It even addressed how echo chambers can form around these ideas and the importance of keeping a healthy skepticism—something I hadn’t thought much about before.
It also includes confirmed events, which has made it even more credible and fascinating. If you’re into history or just enjoy questioning the narratives we’re told, this book is a solid and thought-provoking read. Highly recommended!
