Easing overthinking through new strategies

I really enjoyed this audiobook, especially this time of the year (holidays). Often times I find myself overthinking things, just like so many others. The author lays out a plan to, as he says, 'breaks the cycle' of overthinking. I think this is such a great idea because it leads to so many other issues, like anxiety.

One of the chapters on stress management was very insightful. the audiobook showed how we can deal with managing time better, and not overthink so many different things, which will in turn reduce our stress levels and even avoid daily stress.

I think this audiobook would be great for many people who work in an office environment.
