Fills the Customer Interviewing Info Gap

This book is a fantastic addition to the customer interviewing line-up of resources—a logical next step after reading The Mom Test. I love that Michele narrates the text herself in a realistic human voice and tone (versus the Audible norm).

Definitely a book for your toolkit!

Definitely a book for your toolkit, if you take your users and customers seriously. Fits nice in the virtual shelf next to The Mom Test. Love the interview scripts and the live example on using it.

Good book but bad format

This is mostly a useful and practical book, but not a particularly useful or practical audio book. It should really have an accompanying PDF with the scripts and templates. Instead the author sells these on her website for an additional $19 which seems like a waste when I could have bought the Kindle or physical book and had them to begin with.
