Good book, but wrong audiobook version. 2016 vers.

I ended up purchasing this with my credit, so luckily it didn't cost anything extra. However, I did notice that there are several parts of this audiobook that are from an original, published version (I'm guessing around 2016/17) as the actual book that I have purchased is the 2nd edition, which is the 2019/20 version.

Please note that while you are reading along with the book, there will be several sections (starting from the intro) that are not inside the book but are in the audiobook recording. I wish this was stated on the descriptive notes before deciding to make a purchase. Overall, around 85-90% of the original audiobook recording matches up with what's printed in the later editions. I started noticing something was off when certain sections were omitted in the printed book. For example, on page 42 (before it goes into Self-Determination Theory), there will be a whole speech revolving a Darden Restaurant engagement study that's in the audiobook but has since been omitted from printed versions.
