As a professional football player, Keith Mitchell performed at the highest caliber and pushed his body beyond its limits to dominate the field. A great end of the day meditation

Peaceful and intentional. I love how Keith is walking through visualization of things we’re grateful for. I’ll be repeating this again and again.

Works very well for me

This no nonsense gratitude meditation works very well for me. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to grow in their gratitude/meditation practice!
