Very easy and wonderful read! The teachings inside were true, effective and that I felt like I caught myself studying about this field of psychology. I love how the author explains the process of human analysis in simple terms.

Emotions can end up plainly carved on our countenances however now and again what we see is quite recently the tip of the chunk of ice. While honing the tips inside, it's ideal to stay relax and liquid.

Awesome book

I like the book, everyone raves about it for good reason. I found the narrator really annoying but pushed through it - very useful and highly recommended.

Not scholarly at all

The author’s excessive use of words like “all” and “every” plague his descriptions of people groups. I was listening to this with my son with ASD in the hopes that he could learn human behaviors and their meanings. There were definitely some things in this book that were helpful for someone with interpersonal difficulties. However, when he describes sensitive people as empaths who absorb the invisible aura of those around them he goes off the deep end into sci fi fantasy.
