Publisher's summary

Is there a forgotten spiritual tool that anyone we can all use to heal ourselves - and our world? A type of prayer that transcends religion, mysticism, and science? On Inner Technology of Prayer, Gregg Braden reveals the ability of the ancient Essenes to make miracles through the alignment of body, mind, and feeling, which is the lost "fifth mode" of prayer.

New Way to Understand Prayer

Braden gives us a new way to understand prayer - what it is, and what it can do - and some of the religious and scientific theories that supports this. He’s great at explaining most theories and experiments in their simplest terms.
Braden’s earlier teachings on prayer had an impact on me after hearing it years ago, and internalizing it.
It takes real effort to maximize the lessons in our lives. Even though physics supports his teachings, our regular, ordinary, everyday world currently does not. It takes constant reinforcement to help keep us focused.
Whether you follow the path of Jesus, Allah, Buddha, or the Hindu pantheon; it’s about focused intent using the act of prayer or meditation.
Worth listening to many times to get it; and periodically relisten to keep focused.

Okay...

Thought and emotion equals feelings. That’s what I took out of it. The rest was a lot of hocus pocus for my taste.

What is often missing in prayer

Excellent short discussion on what is often missing in prayer. This is a good introduction and something worth additional study and practice.

Excellent

Such a clear and insightful explanation of power of prayer. Researched and presented in a fashion that served to satisfy many of my questions. Gregg’s work is fascinating! I wished this was longer and in print as well.

Inner Technology 😎

Loved the bringing together of human experience through science and ancient wisdom! And done with such grace and respect for both.

The evidence exists that thinking, physical energy of chemistry (emotion), and feelings creates human unlimited creation.

I learned this from Zen Roshi Marsha Linehan! Gregg is spot on in his discussion of Prayer.
