People don't often realize that focus handles many aspects of our lives, such as relationships, work, and so much more. When we lose or don't have enough focus then we become unhappy. When we don't focus we seem disinterested in what people may have to say, which may lead to people calling you rude or more. I have realized that I have had an issue lately with a few aspects of my life in which I can't seem to stay focused and I lose interest in things. After this book, I have been able to locate some of the reasons that may be causing it. I have found many different techniques that will now help me "manage" my focus and help me to get back into the swing of things.
Many people are like me and may not realize that it is their focus is the issue. With a few aspects of my life I realized after listening to this book, I realized that what I was thinking might have been disinterest or artist's block was just focus issues. I will use every technique that was in this book to help me go forward with my writing and with my jewelry business. I was thrilled to find different ways to help me be more productive. I now believe that I can be truly focused and make the most of my day, and be able to get more accomplished.
For those of my friends that I know that have similar issues, I will suggest this book to them. I am definitely happy that bought this book.

Yuck I REALLY DIDN'T like this.
Loooong on lecture short on actual advice. Heavy on the stick light on the carrot.
One tip is to tell you to focus on the moment, doesn't tell you how or even give you a tip or direction.
