Excellent, Incredibly Kind, and Very Practical
I will probably listen to this many times in life! It is just enough biography and background to give context that the author Luz understands what we may be going through without taking the focus off our own healing and liberation. And, she really does focus on freedom and liberation- not a lifetime of bondage to a particular practice or set of medicines where your life falls apart as soon as you stop. It's very rare to hear people talk about full healing and restoration these days, but she's here delivering! It's an incredibly encouraging read, highly recommend.
