Many insights gained from this book!
There are many insightful ideas with real applications in this book. Things to be aware of and pitfalls to avoid, and powerful things to recognize and implement. The authors narrate it and do it very well. You can tell they have a passion for the industry and the service they offer. I have had many aha! moments while listening. Thank you to the authors for a strong presentation and solid business principles focused on the home building industry. The content rings true!

This book title is very misleading
The author never run a construction business and every thing he talks about is the most basic information for a beginner who have No experience. Very disappointing
