A great spiritual take on weight loss
Andrew Green has presented listeners with a new and exciting method for targeting that tricky subcutaneous and visceral tissue that just won’t seem to stay off! Diets, willpower, and rice cakes are fine n all, but we’re all starting to pick up on the fact that we must get to the core of our subconscious to rewrite old programs and repair traumatic patterns that could be causing eating issues. Spiritual people (that this book is kind of made for) will get this concept and are probably pretty familiar with the whole idea. The narration is really fantastic and brings about a sense of calm and it’s so refreshing that the author narrated his work himself–this is always a lovely surprise. I love how this title starts with confidence hypnosis. Because when you really get into that 3rd, solar-plexus self-worth and value energy, this chakra can really be a gateway into changing other areas that one may have been struggling with prior. A great spiritual take on weight loss.
