Loved the Exercises

This audiobook provides an explanation of what the vagus nerve does and is a fabulous tesource for all kinds of exercises to support positive vagus nerve function, I have bookmarked several of my favorites and am delighted to have this as a resource. Eye opening learning for your health

I'll be honest, before I listened to this audiobook, I had a very minimal understanding of the Vagus Nerve. After presenting the basics of definition, locations and the overall importance of the nerves, the author explains just how tied into our everyday life and health these two relatively unknown nerves can be.

I loved the idea that so many exercises were presented. With everyone's different ages, health and physical fitness levels, there has to be some of the exercises just about everyone can do. I picked out a few to my myself and will incorporate them into my daily routine. I am looking forward to a healthy improvement as I place more emphasis on the Vagus Nerve and my body maintenance.

I appreciated the quick and easy techniques for exercises in traffic or before bedtime. Everyone can do the breathing exercise or take more time when able.
