About this listen

This audiobook focuses on identifying the advantages and disadvantage of weight training for children and adolescents. I identify how important training can be, as well as what to be cautious of before beginning a strength training program. This reading can be both beneficial for parents and the child/adolescent to read so that they have a clear understanding of what they are getting themselves into before the first weight lifting exercise is initiated. This audiobook can also be helpful for beginning personal trainers as it identifies things you must consider before training a child.

Get by the poor reading ability

This book/article contained very good information and was worth the purchase. The only negative aspect of this book/article was the poor and nonsensical cadence of the author's reading ability. It is so bad I almost stopped the audio; however, I am glad I persevered as I obtained very good and helpful information
