Clear, science-backed information to help you age well and eliminate chronic pain. I truly believe in this subject and this book has added a lot to my arsenal of knowledge. Aging isn't left up to chance anymore; the science is there and if you are looking to effectively reduce aging and increase your life span while living with chronic pain fee, the anti-aging revolution is where you should start. Complex approaches (like Ken Wibler's "integral approach") turned into easily digestible information and actionable steps.
The seamless integration of science and actionable steps makes it not a fluff-filled book of information but actually WHAT you should be doing. Would recommend.
