Sums it up.
I've done a lot of research over the past 5 years and this book seems to sum it all up nicely. If the reader takes each of the points, supplements, and compounds in the book and expands research on each of them, they will know more than most doctors on this subject. The key is taking control of your own body. Know your own blood panel results and what they mean. Be able to make an assessment of yourself and then go to a doctor to confirm your findings.
