Fat loss is challenging
Losing fat after 40 is challenging. Dr Amanda understands this challenge and has put these easy tricks that are helping me lose fat/weight. Getting a shaped body at different areas of the skin gives one self-esteem and confidence. Learning how to prioritized things like bowel regularly was a reawakening for me.
