A great approach to evolving habits
Where does The Healthy Habit Revolution rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is a solid book on habits.
Would you be willing to try another book from Derek Doepker? Why or why not?
I would definitely try another book by this author. It was well researched, well organized, and well executed.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
I particularly like the approach to micro-habits. While acknowledging that our old patterns will always be inside the brain, the author spells out a great process for laying down "tracks" to be used to build new habits.
Any additional comments?
I thought there were more case studies at the end than is necessary. Especially in an audio book. It leaves the ending with more of a fizzle than a bang.

Where does The Healthy Habit Revolution rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I had the e-book on my Kindle but I love the audio book for listening to while on my treadmill. I like listening to Derek read the book himself and find it very motivating. The audio book is more like having a personal coach.
