Great motivation tool
I really enjoyed this book. I just quit my job recently to start my own business. It's a bit scary but more than anything, it's exciting. Reading this gave me even more motivation to succeed in my business as well as ideas for actions to take too make my business successful. Definitely recommend!

Just what I needed
I purchased this book in the audio version first and then after listening to this book twice, I decided to purchase the actual book because it is full of thought-provoking action-packed steps to get you unstuck. I am helping a friend who is depressed and the tools in this book has helped me help her get out of her own way. I feel like a life coach using the tools in the book. One of the examples is taking cold showers. I personally tried this method before bringing it to my friend to see if it worked and I noticed a huge shift in my life. I carry this book in my purse now. : ) Its a powerful weapon for anyone looking to take their life to the next level.

Down to Earth Sensible Advice to Change your Life
Would you listen to Why You're Stuck: Your Guide to Finding Freedom from Any of Life's Challenges again? Why?
This is a book that I would listen to several times a year. On the first listening there is so much good information and advice that I listened again straight away to pick up any points I'd missed.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Why You're Stuck: Your Guide to Finding Freedom from Any of Life's Challenges?
There are so many it's difficult to pick out one particular part. The main point that comes across is 'Your are in control of your own future'. By following even a few of the author's advice and principles you will improve your life circumstances.
Which character – as performed by Greg Zarcone – was your favorite?
There isn't a paticular character as this is a self-help book. I foung Greg Zarcone narration clear, bright and uplifting. An excellent job, that's easy to listen to.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Why You're Stuck: Your Guide to Finding Freedom from Any of Life's Challenges?
I realized after reading Derek's insights that one is never stuck. There are always options and changes of direction one can make to improve any situation.

efficient straightforward and full of info
It is a fast read getting the companion materials will help in long term. I listened to it over course of a week and liked it had ability to write notes in between chapters. The writer was concise and l look forward to adding some of pointers daily.

Excellent Reading of an excellent book! Good stuff
Very practical techniques to adjust and eventually change mindsets and habits. Many concepts are reminiscent of Covey's seven habits-with ways to implement them.

Lifechanging
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would, though in some cases it would need to be anonymously. I'm not sure if there's a stigma about telling people to read a self-help book as somehow implying that they need the help contained within.
Who was your favorite character and why?
As it's a self-help book the only character is the author himself talking to you through the voice of the narrator. It's understandable and broken down reasonably.
Have you listened to any of Greg Zarcone’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not, but I would not hesitate in the future if it comes up.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
The fact that it's easy to get stuck in life but given the right motivation and tools it's just as easy to get out of it.

I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. I would recommend it to anyone who feels like they're stuck in a rut of any kind and even those who don't but are interested in seeing how to deal with possible issues that might arise in the future.
