In 2012, I didn't even know what a morning routine was. I'd drink coffee as soon as I got out of bed and check email early in the morning, and I didn't think twice about it.
Then I realized something.
A big reason most people aren't successful is they fail to follow a daily routine. Instead they start each day hoping they will have enough time to make progress on their goals. I used to be a perfect example.
But after years of experimenting, I realized what a difference having a morning routine makes. See, if you closely examined the world's most successful people, you'd see they start each day in an energized state, ready to accomplish any goal. What's their secret?
Like brushing your teeth, once you get in the habit of doing something, it no longer becomes a task; it's just something you do. Successful people are able to focus on their tasks because they already have built habits into their mornings. And I want to help you do the same.

Some helpful info but not too much
I rarely leave reviews but just had higher hopes for this audio book. At least 1/2 of the audiobook was him going through various routines he's tried in his life. Mundane and repetitive and not super helpful. At least it was short but even by listening to it at 2.5 speed I was just wanting it to end. Maybe other got more and I certainly wish the author the best in his endeavors. But this was not a book I would recommend to others in a strong way.
