There is so much to the mind that deliberate effort to maximize it is essential for me. Believe and Achieve!
This book did a great job of discussing the science of the brain in a concise manner. The brain is a complex machine and it is the ultimate supercomputer. The author has a point of what if we could tap into that power. Four key areas were broken down.... Mentality, Intuition, Negativity and Determination (great play on the word Mind!). The one that stood out was Negativity. Using negativity as a opportunity for growth is a paradigm shift and definitely something to think about. Pick this book up (and the rest of the series)!

Educational!
This Audiobook is impressive. So much learning, our mind is powerful, you become what you think so often, you must have a winning mindset, etc. You will know more about intuition, and everything requires work and determination, not only whishing what you want to achieve. We must indeed have a success mentality. This Audiobook is highly recommended.

I have listened to all the audios in this series, and this one always blows my mind. When I listen to it while I am getting ready for work in the morning, I have a dramatically better day. Our minds are so powerful, and most of us don't even know how to use them to create our reality.
