L'accent mis par ce journal sur les rêves et la méditation est incroyablement perspicace. Il m'a aidé à accéder à mon subconscient et à mieux comprendre mes désirs, mes peurs et mes motivations.

J'ai adoré ce livre !
Ce journal change la donne. Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'une auto-réflexion, mais d'une transformation. Les questions et les exercices vous poussent à affronter l'homophobie, la transphobie et d'autres formes d'oppression intériorisée, ce qui vous permet de reprendre votre pouvoir et de vivre une vie qui vous ressemble. Je suis très reconnaissante à cette ressource.

J'apprécie la façon dont ce livre aborde l'intersectionnalité des identités LGBTQ+. Un incontournable pour l'amélioration de soi
Cet audiobook est excellent, il explore en profondeur l'acceptation de soi et propose des techniques pratiques pour la conscience de soi, l'affirmation sociale et le bien-être mental.
