Great tips and guidelines for better posture and more!

I really liked the fact that Aesha the author also narrated the audible book. You can tell she knows what she is talking about. I drive a lot and found that anytime I was listening to the audio book I would automatically sit up straight. Her tips for different types of posture problems were well thought out. She goes over exercises, best practices when sitting for work and even breathing techniques. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to better themselves.
