I'm afraid I can't write a proper review for this audiobook as I've not listened to it all the way through - I keep falling asleep after 10 minutes. I keep trying but each night I'm out like a light. If the book was more compelling or gripping or if the voice-over wasn't as soothing, I could stay awake. There's just something about useless life facts that puts me under. Sorry.

A unique way to fall asleep!
This audiobook is somehow interestingly boring, interesting because of the randomness of the facts combined with the uselessness and the uniqueness of this type of audio track. Perfect to put you to sleep! The narrator's voice is also very soothing which allows that soft tone to put you in a relaxed state. You have a choice between the facts read out with a soothing backing track or without, each ~50 minutes long. If you're looking for something to fall asleep to but are wanting to change it up from the guided meditations, this is the audiobook for you!
