"It's very important, really, to work towards that increased happiness that comes when you let go of the negative emotions. And I hope that brings in satisfaction to each one of us. So opening new possibilities and, you know, knowing that the chosen weapon today is boundary is super important. Ensuring that, you know, the past hurts. Do not dictate your future. Guys. Keep that in mind. I feel that I do have a handle or manka gps to listen to it as well."

"And you can make your mind strong by following many practices like not giving up on hope and thinking that life will go on smoothly in the next few days. The hope is very essential and also you can think about yourself that you had been tough situations before. And also you can contemplate about nice times like walking on the beach with your family or spouse in the evening after a tough situation, taking one day at a time. So thank you."

"So I think, you know, making sure that they are disclaimers, maybe making sure, especially when it comes to social media, maybe for people who are licensed or credentialed, either, you know, psychology or mental health counselors, maybe making, maybe have some kind of credentialing system in place where you like. Okay, this person who I'm watching right now, this person has this particular credential, and they are certified from a place that is reputable."

"And more robust credentialing, including ethics training and knowledge of referral processes would help ensure that the clients they get the right kind of support which is tailored to their needs. So ultimately its all about ensuring that individuals seeking help they arent put at risk and that those stepping into these roles are properly equipped to guide people in a responsible and effective way. So I think there needs to be more rigorous credentialing required for such an important role. Thank you so much for tuning in. Bye."

"And once you've taken steps to make things right and you've learned from those experiences, it's okay to release that guilt and move forward. Forgive yourself. It's about freeing up space for healing and growth. In the end, you can't change the past, but you can shape the future with the lessons you have learned. So all we have is the experiences gained from the pain, from the challenges. And let's not hold on to the guilt and move forward."

"And in releasing them, it brought me to a place of healing. Healing, and also to a place of enlightenment and self awareness. You know that now I know what I will and won't tolerate. I have my boundaries in place and I know my worth now. So literally, just figuring out who it is that you are, being true to yourself, what you like, what you dislike, is a key in healing. So I hope this helps someone. Thank you so much."

"I know he's there to remind me that I can face this, even when it feels impossible. Together, we work through my fears, and that connection gives me strength. I'm starting to realize that he isn't a straight line. Some days are better than others, and it's okay to have setbacks. Each time I face the outside world again and taking a few steps forward, I'm reclaiming my life."
