Other than his gut instinct he has nothing to prove it and releases the people from quarantine. Mark soon finds out that the Talbot is not the only incident. Similar events over the course of a few days happen globally.

s time has passed, the virus has changed, but civilization still struggles to rebuild. The only way forward is to find a cure. That cure is in Nila . . . literally. Within her, she carries the final gift from Lev: twin boys, and one of them is the key to ending it all. While she only wants to move forward with her group, live on the mountain, and survive, Nila shoulders the responsibility of the entire human race within her womb. Decisions are made by the group but things are not what they seem. The good comes with a cost.

What starts as an emergence of a new virus quickly turns into Mother Nature’s ultimate population control. While attending a seminar at the Ambassador Hotel, Ava Mason is unknowingly exposed to a carrier of a highly contagious virus. The next morning, she wakes to a steady pounding on her door.
