When Wyatt challenges Carmen to spend the rest of the night with him as part of a challenge to see who will be the last to fall asleep, Carmen can't help but accept. That's just how competitive she is. The problem is the more time she spends with him, the more she finds herself attracted to him. Of course, she has to derail that train before it leaves the station, because she's not even sure he knows she's transgender yet.

Kevlar's third suicide attempt is followed directly by the second appearance of Miranda in his mind. The full blown manic episode which results after these two events, sees Kevlar spend two straight days driving to end up exactly where he started. Kevlar takes Miranda to a gay club where they both hope she will find an avenue toward acceptance.

The final chapter in the saga of Kevlar and Miranda. Answers are finally given as to whether she is a manic symptom, a dissociative symptom, or no symptom at all. Is it possible she is a result of Kevlar's inability to handle the fact that he's transgender.
