I am an elder and have all my original equipment and paint job. I am interested in optimizing my health. Herbs and food are my major tools for doing this successfully.
I took anatomy and physiology, but interesting enough. No one mentioned much about the penis. So when I ran across this book, it occurred to me that II can close the information gap that I had.
The book did just that, thanks doc.
Specifically, the Keagle exercises have made me even more effective and I don’t have to get up to go to the bathroom at night every night anymore.

My only criticism is the over use of puns. Otherwise a great educational resource.

Otherwise it is a solid book with helpful information. Think the doctor tries to educate across a wide amount of information. The narration is good but not great. I would put this on my sex Ed recommendation list as it could be helpful for anyone who might care about or for someone with a penis.
The book rises to the occasion mostly
