Affirmations for Healing the Heart

This audiobook is so easy to listen to and the affirmations are healing for the heart. If you're tough on yourself, having trouble in your relationship, or just dealing with daily depression this audiobook soothes the soul. Once you start practicing and repeating affirmations regularly you're going to notice a change in your life for the better. The narrator did a great job, and I would recommend that you grab this audiobook.

Very reassuring

Positive tool for mindset

This audiobook has a nice relaxing music that plays in the background of positive affirmations. This is perfect for teens to listen to at any time, but can be helpful when going to sleep.

Loved this!

This audiobook is such a great gift. The narrator has a beautiful tone when listening to trhe inspiring, uplifting, and calming affirmations.
