I found this book a great help to me as a college student with ADHD. It understands the challenges I face, like anxiety, lack of confidence, and difficulty focusing. Great Affirmations
These are perfect for those who suffer from ADHD and it's symptoms. It is geared for those who need help concentrating and focusing on a task. I actually play it when my son is doing his chores...it seems to help keep him moving toward his goal. Next I am going to try playing it when he is doing homework!

With the struggles one feels rejected and not fitting in because they do things a little different. This at times affects the youth self-esteem aspect.But with these affirmations personalized to suit one”s situation. It just take one to remember one affirmation when down to gain self worth.
