Highly recommend!! Informational, motivational, and easy to follow!!

The audiobook had a lot of great information about steps on how to build a healthy lifestyle. I enjoyed learning about the facts and the importance of a balanced lifestyle. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to start adding healthy habits into their life!
