Everything is clearly outlined and super easy to follow. This audiobook is good for busy days, as it’s all under 10 minutes. When more time is available, it can be used in conjunction with other workouts.

Super workout
I really enjoyed doing the exercises along with this boo. I have a bad back and found I could do these exercises with the modified versions that went along with the audio. This will definitely be a great listen for those who want to try to stay active but just feasibly cannot.
