The author revealed and dispelled popular myths regarding chair yoga for seniors. He depicts it as a highly accessible exercise activity that addresses the health of the body as a whole, not merely flexibility and strength. It impacts cognitive status, and quality of life, enhances breathing and mindfulness, as well as provides many other general and specific health benefits, which he expounds on. The author also provides safety tips, how to select the appropriate chair for yoga, chair yoga accessories, and how to address any injury. He also encourages seeking advice from your personal physician. I was not quite sure how listening to an audiobook on chair yoga would work for me because I like visuals, but everything is explained so well that I was able to follow along quite well. Feeling better at 60
