Perfect for sleep
This audiobook is perfect for sleep. I appreciated the various sounds. My favorite part was the length so that it can last me through 2-3 nights worth of sleep without it getting too repetitive. I like to play it all night to keep me asleep. Great find!

It just works
I will be honest. I don't know why this works. But it makes you feel very calm and clear, and it transports you to a different headspace. It almost doesn't matter why. I will revisit this beautifully-produced audiobook over nad over. It's a treat.

Great for sleep
I played this right before bed and let it run through the night while I slept, and it was the best sleep I've experienced in quite awhile. The sounds are really calming and it really helped to relax my brain before bed. I can't say that I completely understand the technology, except I know that the theta waves are a brain wave that is supposed to correspond to the deepest, most healing state of sleep, and I believe these sounds mimic those waves and help the brain achieve that state more easily. But I can tell you this really helps if you have difficulty sleeping.

Great for the Sleep
I listen to a variety of white noise to help me sleep during the day as I am a night shift worker. The theta waves was another resource I'm happy to use. I fell asleep right away and woke up refreshed. I'm not sure about aura cleansing, as I'm new to theta wave experiences, but I do know I'll be using this audio multiple times as one of my resources. As an experiement, I'm keeping a journal and trying to record the dreams with white noise vs theta waves. So far, I'm remembering the dreams more with the beta waves, which is very interesting.

Amazing sounds
I used this for my regular meditation, morning workout and it was so suiting.
Also played it to fall asleep and it worked perfectly well.
I must say this is a must have in your audible library.
