The recipes are read there are no PDFs
The subject matter is good and the explanation for a ketogenic diet are solid. My problem: this book contains recipes and lists without a downloadable pdf. Unless someone is used to copying recipes as they are being read, the recipes are frustrating and useless. This seems like a marketing ploy to force you to buy the kindle version as well.
