A comprehensive guide to reset your life
This was a nice audio book. Well done. It lays out the truth about natural health. The recipes are really good also. This is a great book for beginners or even advanced folks looking move into a more natural approach to health and wellness. There is great insight about ways to combat fatigue and high blood pressure. And you will receive advice and guidance on what could be making you sick with the steps laid out in a way you can easily understand that you can take to live a longer and more holistic healthier life.

A lot more than you'd expect!
I was anticipating a book on how to build good habits and maybe learn a few tricks that I hadn't heard of before. Well, I learned a whole bunch of things! This book is for those that want to understand the WHY behind making healthy choices matter. I was not expecting scientific explanations of how good food and excise make such a huge impact on your brain and body. This book goes beyond the general understanding of those connections. It helped put healthy living in a whole new perspective, and quite honestly new motivation now that I understand the dynamics behind it all (everything really is allllll connected). A few of the key points for me were learning about the association of spinal health and the immune system, how the chemicals of non-organic food impact our health (I have overlooked this for years), the 5 principles to follow to be better, and the cookie recipe!!! The second half of this book is alot of recipes that are read outlook and that was my least favorite part of this, but if I had the physical copy it would be different. But the cookie recipe that was described is something I 100% will be trying. I haven't attempted to download the ebook that comes with the audible purchase but I think it's really good that there is one. There are parts of this that will make you want to take notes and re-read so a written copy is a big plus. I really enjoyed the narration too. It could have been dry but surprisingly wasn't at all and I think the narrator helped with that. I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to understand a little more about the scientific side of health. It's done in a manner that anyone can understand too.

Eating habits always on my mind, this book's a gem
I've always been conscious of my eating habits, but in today's world filled with processed foods, it's easy to feel overwhelmed even when you think you're making healthy choices. That's why I decided to dive into this book, and it was a game-changer!

Trust me, you need this in your life!
I was in such a low place, with no real explanation as to why. My job was fine, personal life was fine, but I just couldnt help but feel down and tired all the time. I turned to this book with hopes that at least some of my emotions were a result of unfavorable actions. Sure enough, I was right. This book helped me discover the lack of positivity in my daily intake, both in terms of healthy eating and healthy mindset. The audiobook is packed with techniques that are easy to try, and astounding to see results in mood almost immediately. I'm so satisfied with this book - taught me so much. The content is pure gold and I recommend it to anyone seeking happiness! 5 Stars!

Good collection for resetting and starting "clean"
Resets/detoxes/eating clean - seems to be all the rage these days. It's hard to find some simple, clear and concise material to help you achieve your goals. I'm happy to report that this book does that. All in all, simple, clear instructions, some great recipes and a nice plan laid out for you. I'm always on the lookout for some good stuff to add to my library - I'd recommend this as a great addition to your library if you're looking for another plan/system to add.

Great book!
I love the fact this book not only talks about healthy lifestyle and fitness in general but goes in dept on certain topics like meal planning, healing from the inside, but also looks at an important part of life which is having the right mindset to better your lifestyle. If the mindset isn't there, nothing is going to change.
I've struggled with my health in the past, so I was excited to listen to this book. There are for sure some golden nuggets in this book, tips on how you can make symptoms go away by changing your nutrition and how food can really mess up your health. I especially enjoyed the recipes in this book because this gave me a practical start to a healthier lifestyle.

An easygoing yet powerful reboot!
Reset Your Life for a Healthy You is a wonderful book that address an underlying problem that most people suffer from which is poor food choices. Deciding what to put on your plate everyday is something that way too many people overlook. It makes perfect sense that a complete healthy reboot would focus around food. I really hope this book reaches a large audience and we can decrease the ironic health problems we’re looking at.
