A renewed hope

I got this for my husband who's been suffering from sciatica pain for months on and off without an end in sight. Listening to it together, it gave us hope that the pain can be silenced or completely conquered. He's already doing the yoga exercises and he's open to trying herbal remedies. We realize it will take time to see the results but I'm happy that I found this book to help my husband on the road to pain-free life as he's feeling very positive about it.

Terrific! Must have for Seniors!

As a person who has battled back pain since he was 16 this was a terrific book! I've had two surgeries, countless Dr. visits, etc. If you've never experienced back pain, then you likely don't understand how to deal with it and mitigate the pain. This book covers eastern medical approaches such as acupuncture and acupressure, as well as more traditional approaches like hydrotherapy, hot and cold therapy and chiropractic approach aimed at seniors. This book, while concise, covers the widest breath of approaches and treatments I've come across and if your experiencing back pain, especially as a senior this book perfect for you!
