A Great Kick Start!

This is a three day program to introduce one to the joys of living "above the line". In other words, it gives you a sample of what life could be like if you had the skills you need to nurture yourself and set effective limits for yourself. Obviously, you won't master those skills in 3 days! I followed the three day plan as closely as possible and it was a great three days. (I was already familiar with the Solution program, having read her earlier books.) The three days inspired me (and I did lose about 4 pounds!)

Three day impossible

I should’ve known that there’s no three day solution to long-term eating problems. I didn’t seem to be well researched or well thought out.
