Heavenly!
I personally became hooked on the benefits of white noise after my two little ones used sound machines for sleep. So happy to have found this as it's not jarring at all, unlike some white noise ebooks/apps I've used in the past. It's soothing in a very natural way. Great to listen to at night in prep for sleep, great to listen to if you need to relax and decompress, and of course, great to listen to as you sleep. Definitely recommend to literally everyone.

Must listen for Beginners

Best one for sound sleep.
The steady hum of white noise might reduce a sleeper’s sensitivity to unpredictable noises from the environment. I grab this book and enjoyed listening sleep sounds.

White noise improves sleep!
White noise improves sleep — perhaps by synchronizing brain waves — or if the sound primarily helps by masking background noise. This one is the second version of white noise for sleep. I love that this sound better than the previous book. The author did a good job.
