great book

Digital detox guide

This book is a real deal breaker regarding digital detox strategy. I didn't know I was soo overwhelmed by social media and white noise around me that I wasted tons of my time and attention on something I didn't even need. This book provided real steps on how to start a movement towards a more mindful, peaceful, and present way of living. A very useful book!

Finding Balance

The best chapter for me was "Finding Balance." After a recent transition to a remote job with more screen time, I've noticed some negative attributes of more screen time, like the inability to feel like I can truly detach from work. The finding balance section gave me some great ideas for how to move forward! I did notice that the conclusion chapter didn't have any content included, but otherwise, it was a decent book!

Good mindful advice
