Looking for help getting restful, calming sleep?

This is a new Yoga method for me. As a novice, I found this audiobook very easy to follow. The narrator’s voice is so calm and soothing that you automatically relax. I believe that with repetition, I will find it very easy to get to the proper relaxation levels and reap the benefits of more fulfilling sleep. The author has provided information allowing you to create a program that matches your sleep needs and lifestyle. Definitely recommend!
