Light at the end of the tunnel
I suffer from erectile dysfunction and was unsure of what to do. This book gave great insight into causes and gave practical solutions on what to do. There was one part where he begins to sell one product, but if his claims are true, it was worth it. This is not a quick fix book, but gives great information on how to get better.

Unfulfilling
Good basic level knowledge that if you haven’t seen a real Dr. Not the HIMS kind you already know these things. I would of loved for the section on mental hurdles to have been explored more. It does turn into an advert but hey if you’re desperate enough to be at this point for ED help then you most likely are desperate enough to try another new product….
I’ll update you on its effectiveness.

Written to sell a supplement
A lot of the facts in this book were solid, but most of them revolved around physical causes of ED and he barely glanced over the psychological causes of ED which tends to be the problem. He wrote the book in a way that implied you had to have erections to live happily, then at the very end he tried to sell a supplement called AlphaViril fairly hard essentially saying it was the answer to all your sexual problems and essentially said if you don't buy it you must not really want to live happily and have erections.

Started well but ended like a commercial
I liked the way it started and things that were stated sounded good. However, later it became like a commercial for Alpha viril.
Summary drink one glass of watermelon juice everyday/ 1 small dark chocolate/ garlic/ coconut oil/ Macadamia nuts/ 2-3 eggs before sleeping (free range n yoke orange colour)...
Dont’s-Smoking/ Drinking/ excessive masturbation
Overrated- Duration of sex/ Size of penis/ sex with multiple women.
To Conclude-Buy Alpha Viril from Amazon or Alpha Viril website...
