Intriguing

Intriguing book. Helpful resource. The wisdom and truths in this book are spot on. Heavy use of metaphors to convey points, which sometimes came across as a fantasy novel instead of a 'self help' book. The narrator's voice was distracting to me.

Super basic

There is nothing ground breaking in this book. I’ve read better self help books. Would not recommend.

Overly Flowery Language Throughout a Book... that could have been a list.

Just like the title says - this book was overly wordy, light on actual material to consider and employ, and felt like it was all icing and no cake. Each chapter contains a simple idea or thought, an action or thought experiment, and the other 90% of each chapter is endless flowery language telling you why you should do what they suggest and getting you ready to turn the page to the next chapter - aw. It's a huge waste of time. There are 4-5 ideas that are helpful to consider... those ideas could have been a 2 minute YouTube video or a 15 second tiktok. This book was made as a cash grab because the authors analytics told them that this was a topic that was widely sought after by Google searchers. Skip it.
