Great motivation and mindset shift

Well structured Audiobook that really does help change my mind from a negative to a postiive thinker! I was sceptical because most audiobooks say they can turn you positive but this one was different because of the 30 day guide and giving you snippets of information each day to digest and work through. My favourite chapter was from fixed to growth mindset which was super helpful for me as I have always been a fixed mindset. Lots to take away and work on but overall I felt much more positive as a result.

A great read to keep the positivity in your life and share with others

I’ve always been a pretty positive person but sometimes when you’re surrounded by people who are negative it’s hard to keep your cup full. This book teaches you tactics to manage them, take them on the journey but also to keep your cup full. Practising mindfulness and meditation certainly helps.
